As Founder and President of Milburn Partners, Inc., Carolyn Milburn created this executive search firm in 2002 in dedication to serving the individual needs of both clients and candidates to provide timely, successful placements. Her philosophy of  results-oriented,  personalized service for each search is also carried out by every member of the professional staff she leads.  Carolyn’s enthusiasm, work ethic, attention to detail and mindful approach to delivering a high level of service has gained the respect of her customers and peers. This is evident in the significant and continued growth of Milburn Partners.  Since its inception, Milburn Partners has showed double digit growth each year.

Prior to forming Milburn Partners, Inc., Carolyn held a Managing Director position with a top retained search firm in the United States. Upon joining this group, she was responsible for the successful development and implementation of a new Healthcare Finance division for this firm. Her 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry in marketing, sales management and business development as well as the relationships she has developed affords Carolyn and her firm a competitive edge and a unique niche.

During her career in the healthcare industry, Carolyn worked for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations; some of the organizations included AMI, St. Paul Medical Center and HealthSouth Corporation. Her experience, understanding of the industry and the dynamic issues that drive client-side needs in healthcare have made Carolyn pursued by clients for consulting and information in this ever changing Healthcare market in the United States.

To complement her professional relationships, Carolyn is active in many organizations throughout the healthcare community.  She has business affiliations with the Health Industry Council of Dallas/Ft. Worth, DFW Hospital Council, Women Healthcare Business Leaders Organization of DFW and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Most recently in 2007 Carolyn developed a healthcare networking group for C-level positions in the DFW area, and in the Greater Houston market.
